@mpinsky Yeah, you mentioned this during lab meeting today.

I want to add a plotting function to the trawlData package so that it's easy to screen for things like bad gmex temps, etc.

I don't know if this is fully realistic.

However, I am plotting MSOM covariates in space/ time (well, temperature). I have a map for each year/ region, and region averages over time, along with spatial sd's over time.

For species that have colonized a region I am plotting where the colonizations occur along with the mean wtcpue across the region.
