Changes to class sampler of gen_scanner.py:

• Added an option threshold_suggest to set the threshold to consider a point as candidate for accepted point when suggesting from model prediction. Points above this threshold are considered likely to be accepted by the full calculation and included in the set that will be sent to it. This can also be changed when directly calling sampler.suggestpts. Default value is 0.5.
• Added an option vegas_ninc to set the number of increments used for VEGAS map. This can also be changed when directly calling sampler.suggestpts. Default value is 100.

To use the new options pass them when creating a sampler as:

sampler(..., threshold_suggest=0.8, ..., vegas_ninc=42)
