PixSettle v1.2.0 adds affiliate and percentage-partner commissions in digital dollars on Tempo testnet: dedicated signed commission batches, historical backfill labels, custody-aware balances, safe payout retries and public receipts verified against an on-chain recipient commitment without displaying the wallet. Core and settlement ship together in one container. Features are off by default and require dedicated commission keys and explicit deployment configuration.
Corrected release commit: 51d7e92 (Claude package v8). The Binance USDTBRL quote now uses the official public market-data endpoint data-api.binance.vision with the same bookTicker bid/ask and integer conversion contract. Provider HTTP status is visible when a quote is unavailable. This updates the lightweight v1.2.0 tag previously created in this release run at ad851d3; both commits remain in history.
Validation on the exact commit: PostgreSQL core 287 tests, settlement 24 tests, browser 38 tests, TypeScript checks and reproducible browser bundle. Independent tests cover concurrent payout recovery, immutable fields, 500/501/5000-event batches, HTTP rejection auditing, launcher isolation and signed public affiliate receipts. Quote failure/cache/stale tests and one live local public-data quote passed. The optional real-RPC integration test was skipped; local receipt tests use synthetic data and a fake chain.
Production-like Render deployment and real testnet receipt gates are separate and were pending when these release notes were updated. This release is testnet-only and does not authorize real-money settlement.
