• Fix "Error submitting message: Task … was created, but its first message was not sent: External Thread does not support thread/inject_items". Recent Codex Desktop versions send thread/inject_items when a new task is created. The Host now acknowledges it for External Threads, so the first message is sent. The injected items are not forwarded to the External Harness.

npm publication is pending authentication. This release provides GitHub installers. Linux npm packages are built and tested in the release workflow, but this version is not published to npm.

CI tests do not verify behavior in a live Codex Desktop.
