use_transactional_fixtures not working w/ 4.0.0.rc1

After upgrading from 4.0.0.beta1 to 4.0.0.rc1, all unit tests stopped respecting use_transactional_fixtures.

Manually wrapping each test in a transaction does fix the issue.

how are you running the tests?

@rafaelfranca rspec, the same test suite runs fine on top of 4.0.0.beta1.

The setting use_transactional_fixtures = true is being ignored. Our current workaround is:

config.around(:each) do |spec|
  ActiveRecord::Base.transaction do
    spec.call
    raise ActiveRecord::Rollback
  end
end

maybe this is a rspec-rails issue since with test unit it is working. @alindeman could you take a look?
