I would recommend adding this entry to "Ruby on Rails 6.0 Release Notes", this is probably more popular page than a changelog file at a specific branch(6-0-stable in our case), so users would be able quickly to find out whether there is anything new to read about Rails 6.0 in the guides. |

The guide was added in #36389 PR but I could not find it in the changelog. So added it for 6.0 release. PR is raised on the stable branch(
6-0-stable).cc/ @eileencodes Please check if I have added your name correctly(I just copied it from another changelog) 😊
