Heading/Category Dupes

laguage/variables has a bunch of near-duplicate anchors, e.g.:

```
X<|Variables,$*CWD>
=head4 C<$*CWD>
```

Which show up when you search for CWD as

```$*CWD Section in Variables``` and
```Variables [$*CWD] in Variables```

In this case, the `X<>` variant isn't added anything of use and should be removed from the doc
