Hauser v0.45.0

• Room on the phone: an eye button hides the room controls so only the room
  image remains; tapping it again brings them back, as in the iOS app.
• Cameras that Home Assistant cannot reach (offline, battery cameras without
  an image) are answered as unavailable instead of being recorded as Hauser
  server errors, so the error book no longer fills up with them.
