Typed access: options.string("--speed"), .int, .bool, .array (plus nilable ? twins) on parse results, resolved config values and dispatch command options — wrong asks raise TypeMismatchError naming the option, value and actual type. Also fixes a misleading too-many-times message for failed matches.
