- (deps) Bump rusqlite to 0.40 and tokenizers to 0.23. Both crates' error types appear in
vipune::Error (Error::SQLite, Error::Tokenization), so library users matching on those inner errors may need updates; CLI behaviour and embeddings are unchanged. Also refreshes clap, serde_json, uuid, chrono, tokio and tempfile within their existing ranges (#243)
