Upgrade notes
- Minimum supported Rust version is now 1.92 (was 1.88), required by
ort 2.0.0-rc.15. Building from source with cargo install vipune --locked needs Rust 1.92+.
- No re-embedding needed. Embeddings from the new ONNX Runtime match 0.19.x within 1.1e-7 (golden fixture test, tolerance 1e-4), so existing databases keep working unchanged.
- The ONNX Runtime binary is now downloaded over rustls at build time; OpenSSL is no longer pulled into the build.
- To roll back:
cargo install vipune --version 0.19.1 --locked.
