Auto-copy worktree files

run_eval.py now automatically copies .evolver.json and .env to worktrees if missing. No more manual cp before eval. The #1 pain point from ALL reports is gone.

Atomic config writes

.evolver.json is written via temp file + os.replace() (atomic on same filesystem). Prevents corruption when critic and main loop write concurrently.

Preflight mode

python tools/run_eval.py --config .evolver.json --worktree-path . \
    --experiment-prefix test --preflight-only

Runs API key check + canary + config validation in one command. Catches broken setups in 10 seconds instead of discovering issues across 5 different steps.
