Opencv 4.9.0. release including GoldBlack USBv4 Fix.
2024-06-06:
Modified the release package as we had some issues with github actions and Visual Studio 17.10. Main issue was that MSVC possible versions were extended from 1930-1939 to 1930-1949. This caused configure failures in the OpenCVConfig.cmake file included with the build artifacts.
New opencv version 4.10.0 should support the new MSVC version, but version 4.9.0 has not been patched yet. To fix this issue for our build in the short term I modified the build package cmake file:
