orbit workspace migrate now carries the legacy Workspace Board's configuration into a newly staged <workspace>/.orbit/board instead of replacing it with defaults. [github], [workspace], and Board policy settings are preserved; only id.prefix, board.storage, and board.branch are adapted to the new layout. The plan reports the source as configuration_source, so a migration no longer silently drops the organization, linked repositories, and resolved Issue Field IDs that orbit workspace refresh needs.orbit workspace refresh now infers [github].organization from direct child repository origins when every repository shares one GitHub owner, saves it to the Workspace Board, and reports organization_inferred. Mixed-owner Workspaces still require an explicit organization.orbit workspace refresh --json now includes the resolved organization and organization_inferred, matching the documented Workspace status contract.
