- Added
orbit github auto-push on|off to toggle [github] auto_push without editing config.toml. The command writes and commits the Board config, reports the previous value, and warns when enabling with zero or multiple available repositories because new Tasks cannot infer a single Issue destination. Automatic push stays push-only; pulling still requires orbit github sync --apply --direction pull.
- Renamed
orbit github create --include-terminal to --include-closed. The new name matches the Board's "closed work" language and GitHub's closed Issue state; --include-terminal remains accepted as a hidden alias, and the refusal message now points at --include-closed. Done Issues still close with state_reason: completed and cancelled ones with not_planned.
