fix two issues which happened in antdmobile

1. fixed: webview sometimes will scroll when touch moving (rc-gesture has fixed this issue in v0.0.18)
2. fixed: sometimes left/right buttons can not recover when two fingers touch moving
3. fixed css file path issues

Coverage increased (+2.05%) to 92.793% when pulling d6fc6c1 on quentinyang:master into 2b23a99 on react-component:master.
