react-native 和react-natve-gesture-handler版本不对应的问题

react-native  0.59.9 
react-natve-gesture-handler 1.3.0
react-navigation 3.11.0

怎么都运行不起来，
报错信息：
 Cannot read property 'Direction' of undefined
Module AppRegistry is not a registered callable module (calling runApplication)
