Currently, our search button isn't responsive for mobile and use the old search button component from docusarus v1.

with this PR, we'll use the new component from Angolia Seach & Docusaurus v2, also I had to add a fix back for searching based on the user's version ( the current behavior we have now )

with this new update from docusarus, is required to have node Node >=12.13.0

You can configure the node version used by Netlify by adding an environment variable in netlify.yml:

environment = { NODE_VERSION = "14" }
