- Downloads now follow the server's mirror order. The SDK used to send a HEAD request to every mirror at once and download from the first to answer, so a mirror won by being close, whatever its capacity or cost. It now probes the first mirror and moves to the next after 1 second without an answer, or immediately when a probe fails.
A healthy first mirror now costs a single HEAD request instead of one per mirror. Every mirror remains a fallback, both during the probe and when a download fails.
This release changes JavaScript only, so it can reach existing builds in an OTA update once the app uses this SDK version. No native rebuild, server or CLI change is needed.

- 下载改为遵循服务端的线路顺序。 之前 SDK 会同时向所有线路发 HEAD 请求，并从最先响应的线路下载，所以线路只凭距离近就能胜出，不考虑容量和成本。现在先探测第一条线路，1 秒内没有响应再探测下一条；探测失败时立即换下一条。
第一条线路正常时只需一次 HEAD 请求，不再每条线路各发一次。所有线路仍可作为备用，探测和下载失败时都会切换。
这次只改了 JavaScript，应用使用这个 SDK 版本后可通过热更新生效，不需要重新打原生包，也不需要改服务端或 CLI。
