…e is dead When a node is dead, the decommission command fails with an unfriendly output. This commit makes it explicit and lets it fail before checking the version. (cherry picked from commit bc87819)
Handle the node_id as decimal, not string. Otherwise, the output looks like broken: e.g., '\U000c0a88' is returned when node_id is 789128 (cherry picked from commit bee4ccd)
