Multiple instances and live customizer

I believe the previous issue was closed prematurely:

Redux appears not to play nice with multiple instances and the live customizer. If two instances are loaded, both redux panels will appear in admin, but only one instance's options will appear in the customizer.

I've now had a chance to have a bit more of a play around and am convinced there is an issue, unless someone else has two redux config instances appear in the live customizer?
