Logic Sim V1.9

Alright so in the past there was a issue with creating too many widgets when asking for too large of a truthtable. It would slow down firstly and secondly Tkinter only supports so many widgets on screen at a time. that is why i implemented a paging system so that the user can decide how many widgets they want to see at a time.

There are only a few things i have left to do before i will be happy enough to say this is in fact V2.0.

1. Implement Maxterm calculation
   I don't even think this is hard i just am lazy
2. Make a pop out pain that will follow a user defined function to set output values to desired values.
   For example i want to be able to say Output 1 in the range of 7,15-32 use XOR Logic, then it will go in and change those bits to what i want.
   Having that would REALLY help when it comes to actually useing the TruthTableCreator.
