build(package): upgrade dependency html-dom-parser to 0.5.0

 html-dom-parser  0.3.0  →  0.5.0

This is a BREAKING CHANGE because upgrading domhandler@3.3.0 and htmlparser2@4.1.0 will cause types to change.

What is the current behavior?

dependencies:

• html-dom-parser@0.3.0

What is the new behavior?

dependencies:

• html-dom-parser@0.5.0
• @types/htmlparser2 (removed)
