ZenSync Lite v0.1.0 (Beta)

Note: This is an initial beta release under active development and real-world evaluation. APIs and entity keys may be subject to minor refinements.

Key Features in this Beta:

  • 100% Local HTTP First: Communicates directly over LAN with Zendure batteries hosting ZenSDK HTTP API (GET /properties/report, POST /properties/write).
  • Hardware-Verified: Live-tested and verified with physical hardware (SolarFlow 2400 AC+, serial HEC4NENCN490106).
  • Zero Flash Wear (smartMode: 1): High-frequency automation writes (e.g. solar surplus balancing) modify volatile MCU RAM only, completely eliminating flash memory degradation.
  • Strict Readback Confirmation: Verifies hardware state application with a 3-attempt grace window to accommodate physical relay switching times.
  • Dynamic Hardware Bounds: Automatically bounds charge/discharge sliders to reported inverter limits (chargeMaxLimit, inverseMaxPower).
  • Solar Surplus Controller Blueprint: Includes an automation blueprint with an optional Moving Average filter (30s–45s), rate-limit cooldown, and step hysteresis to eliminate relay hunting from induction cooktops and clouds.
  • Full Documentation: Architectural design, setup guide, entities & actions reference, and surplus balancing guide.
