Could also update the 0.13.x branch so doc and docs are consolidated. That way guides are in the same place as API doc.

For us poor suckers still stuck using 0.13.x, https://github.com/reactjs/react-router/tree/0.13.x/doc is a lot more useful than https://github.com/reactjs/react-router/tree/0.13.x/docs/guides (and for a long time I just assumed there was no API documentation because of this link in the readme).
