Patch Changes

  • Prevent failed upload streams from partially overwriting existing files in createFsFileStorage() by staging content and metadata before replacement. The API and disk format are unchanged. Publication uses two separate renames, so it is not a transaction; see the filesystem storage documentation for failure behavior and filesystem requirements. (#11909)
