Emergency startup fix

  • Fixes a startup crash on older supported macOS runtimes caused by an unavailable logging API (#1604).
  • Adds macOS 15 ARM and Intel launch/MCP smoke gates on the same built release archives (#1605).
  • Adds a linked-binary compatibility check for both architectures of the app and MCP helper during packaging, signing, and release validation.
  • Includes fixes for Oracle usage reporting, Claude context windows, delegation notifications, mixed-direction Markdown, and MCP session handling that landed after v1.8.0.
