Cardable v1.16.0 — Classic Pull

Restores the classic pack pull phase and seal opening.

Classic pull tab restored. Opening the Classic Pack now reliably transitions into the pull phase and allows tearing the pull seal smoothly via upward drag or Enter.
Snapshot transition fix. Fixed missing pack arguments in transition snapshots that prevented the dissolve phase from completing on designed pack faces.
Pull face stability. Guarded pointer capture and hidden stale glass pull tabs during the cutting phase so that dragging and keyboard activation consistently open the pack.
