Mac build. The Windows builds stay on 0.2.1.

A paragraph keeps its own alignment. With none set, it uses the document alignment. Compile overrides that the same way it overrides font. Right-click a scene, note, or publishing page and choose Duplicate. The copy sits on the next row, titled Copy of the original.

The app is not signed, so Apple refuses to run it on the first try. Double-click Manuscriptic and click Done, not Move to Trash. Open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway next to the note that Manuscriptic was blocked. macOS asks again. Click Open, and enter your password.

The Open Anyway button only shows for about an hour after that blocked attempt. If it is not there, double-click Manuscriptic again, then go back to Privacy & Security.

On macOS Sonoma and earlier, Control-click the app, choose Open, and click Open.

Windows and Mac builds.

Compile to Word or PDF. A PDF stays a PDF. The last compile is remembered. PDF headings and scene marks follow the Word compile. Each character keeps its font and size. Front and back matter keep the editor's type. The manuscript uses the book font. Recent books are on the opening screen and in the File menu. The icon is a serif M.

On an ARM PC, take manuscriptic-0.2.1-windows-arm64.exe. On an Intel or AMD PC, take manuscriptic-0.2.1-windows-x64.exe. Windows may warn that the app is unrecognized because it is not signed. Click More info, then Run anyway. Linux is untested. There is no support and no warranty.
