Write .last file only after DVI is stopped and clock is lowered
to 150 MHz inside flash_uf2(), eliminating all SD card writes
while DVI is running at 400 MHz. Reads remain in the pre-DVI
boot phase. Fixes crash when saving selection during DVI.
