Delete-session plugin for DeepSeek Harness, packaged as dsh-session-remove.

Prebuilt tarball for installs that skip a source build:

Adds a Delete session action with a confirmation dialog to the sidebar session
menu: the session log directory, its projection-cache record and its
workspace/pin/archive accounting are removed, and api-session/removed is
broadcast.

1.1.0 鈥?a session that is still held by another surface (a second window, a
panel, a resident agent) is now removed instead of being refused: the grace
wait is bounded at 8 s, the removal proceeds regardless, and the directory is
re-checked for a resurrection. Every registry call stays timeout-guarded, so a
wedged workspace registry cannot strand the delete.
