Added --all flag to override config defaults for blocks-only/frontmatter-only. Useful when grubber is embedded as a library in other tools.

grubber-macos-arm64 is a pre-compiled binary built from the Crystal source (grubber.cr). It is functionally identical to the Ruby version but runs about 5-10x faster.

To install, rename it to grubber and move it to your PATH:

chmod +x grubber-macos-arm64
mv grubber-macos-arm64 /usr/local/bin/grubber
