What's New

Added

  • Source tracking. Every activity log entry now carries a source field (dashboard, api, cli) recording how the change was made. The Via column appears in WP-CLI wp scriptomatic history and wp scriptomatic urls history table output.
  • Via: Dashboard/API/CLI in admin email notifications. All admin email notifications now include a Via: line showing the originating channel.
  • Activity log list — WP-CLI. wp scriptomatic log list [--location=<head|footer|file|all>] [--limit=<n>] [--format=<format>]
  • REST POST /prefs/history. Read-only endpoint returning paginated Preferences Action History. Requires Pro.
  • service_get_activity_log() public service method shared by WP-CLI.

Changed

  • Notification action strings cleaned. (API) suffixes and API: prefixes removed from all log strings. The source field is now the authoritative origin record.
  • service_get_history() and service_get_url_history() response shape now include a source key in each entry object.
