MeghXL 1.1.2

MeghXL 1.1.2 makes the desktop app's About links work, brings back the Host console that 1.1.1 lost, and answers update checks in a window.

Fixed

• The desktop app's About links really open now. 1.1.1 said it fixed them, but the clicks were caught by a script the app framework injects into the page, which asked the app for a permission it had never been given. The permission is now granted, limited to http, https, mailto and tel links.
• The Host console link, file list and live updates were missing in 1.1.1. A function added for the formatted release notes shared a name with the one that draws the notes board, so the page stopped halfway through starting.
• Check for updates answered silently. When you were already up to date, the desktop app only sent a notification, easy to miss or switched off. It now answers in a window, and so do errors.

Changed

• Desktop framework updated (Tauri 2.12, updater 2.14), which closes the remaining dependency security alerts.
• The release build gives up after 45 minutes instead of hanging.
