Named device type sets

• resolveDeviceTypeSelection accepts RaftCore's named sets in include and exclude, written as "raftcore:@common" (10 popular sensors) or "raftcore:@extended" (25). It resolves them the same way RaftCore's build script does, and both are tested against the same shared test cases.
• DeviceTypeSourceRecords gains an optional sets field, and RaftCoreCatalogue reads the sets from the published catalogue.json. It needs a catalogue built by RaftCore 1.64.0 or later to have any sets.

Smaller npm package

• The package now contains only dist, plus src for the source maps. The apps, examples, tests and docs are no longer included; they're still in the GitHub repo.
• Nothing importable from the package has changed. If you used files from apps/ or examples/ in node_modules, get them from the repo instead.

Dashboard example

• The camera panel shows a snapshot after a capture: the image's size and filename, with Download and Close buttons. The dashboard isn't part of the npm package.
