Signing in and out shows that it is waiting (#304). The identity service scales to zero, so /login and /logout could sit for seconds on an unchanged panel before the hosted login arrived. Both now draw the spinner a question draws, naming the service's host and counting the seconds, «signing in at id.blust.ch… 3s» and «signing out at id.blust.ch…» (German: «Anmeldung bei id.blust.ch…», «Abmeldung bei id.blust.ch…»), and the command line takes nothing until the page leaves. A page the back button restores from the browser's cache drops the spinner and frees the line again.

What breaks. Nothing. A page without data-issuer offers neither word and sees no change.

How to take it. Re-pin and run npm run design; chat.js is what changes.

Verified: npm test (1115 pass, Playwright included) and conventions-check pass on the release commit.
