Frodo CLI 5.0.0-13

Added

• Added support for browser login without specifying --type. A saved credential or cached session now completes the connection automatically. The command also indicates which account a browser or device login runs as, enhancing user feedback. This requires frodo-lib version 5.0.0-13. (#937, #936, #943)

• frodo conn save now properly handles alias conflicts by refusing a taken alias first and retaining existing service account and log API key details from the saved profile. It also provides clearer error messages when steps fail. (#935)

• The Connection page now opens on the first missing field rather than defaulting to the host row, updates the footer dynamically, and allows cancellation with the Escape key. (#939)
