Upgrade python packages automatically
Get list of python outdated packages puts them into file then read file and get package names in a list.
List is divided by thread counts, each thread does update their list values in their range.
You can increase or decrease thread counts just chage thread_count value, and If you use pip instead of pip3 just change pip_name value to pip.
