rkhunter.md is dead since 2018 RL 10

* the package is still installable in 8 and 9 (but the project is still dead)
* remove `rkhunter` from 10
* `git rm `rkhunter*.md` from `/docs/guides/web/apache_hardened_webserver/`
* remove from `/docs/guides/security/.pages`
* remove reference from index page for apache_hardened_webserver
* test removal via local interface to make sure nothing breaks
