oarbank-sdk 1.5.0
The first public release of the Oarbank module SDK (Apache-2.0): the contracts, tools and conformance kit for building job modules for Oarbank 2.5.0.
uv pip install "git+https://github.com/roeehrl/oarbank-sdk@v1.5.0"It's not on PyPI yet. Docs: docs.codonic.dev/oarbank. Start with Build a module in a day, then the specification and the JSON Schemas.
What's in it
- Modules on macOS, Linux and Windows:
- one manifest with per-platform runners;
requires.platforms;- a per-OS sandbox profile with network allowlists, host tools, GPU and containers.
- Conformance kit:
oarbank-sdk conformruns a module's runner as each platform would, including doctor and golden jobs, before you install it on a fleet. - Campaigns and stages:
campaign.tickwith structured results;- stage selection in
jobs.enqueue; - per-stage determinism.
- Datasets in and out:
- origins by URL and digest;
- resumable uploads and downloads;
- approved input and outbox folders;
- checkpoints.
- Console pages for modules (UI contract 1.2): media, gallery and compare components, plus panels and actions with console/CLI parity.
- Containers:
- signed container image sets;
- container platforms;
- GPU APIs (
gpu_apis) for placing GPU work.
- Service endpoints: jobs reach warm per-node services.
- Write-only secrets.
oarbank-sdk deps compile: one marker-free pin set for every platform a module supports.- Hardware compatibility table: verified machines, rendered on the docs site.
The contracts follow semantic versioning: from 1.0.0 on, new platforms, OS keys, GPU APIs, network modes and container platforms are additive.
