Within the module configuration, which is captured in config.json the following variables are available.

When creating bash scripts for your module, the following variables are available.

Name Description
tmp_dir Absolute path to the directory used by Igor for temporary storage
timestamp A timestamp created by Igor which represents the date and time in the following format, %Y%m%d%H%M%S
