Looks good. I've no problem with adding this sort of feature. Tis much of a muchness to me, and if it helps you, then do it. Can you fix the tests first? I'll merge it then? |

just made that design-shift because i needed a way to get all fields that are in a format_string
feel free to discuss and use it as you want.
