The
--install-scriptsoption gets added toSETUPTOOLS_ARG_EXTRAand doubled up incmake/templates/python_distutils_install.bat.inandcmake/templates/python_distutils_install.sh.in.We can remove it here, or in the
python_distutils_install.bat.infiles. I did it here inpython.cmakesince I was not sure if it was necessary with--install-layout=deb.
