gobootd 0.2.0

• bootbridge: TCP through receive offload. Linux GRO merges bursts of TCP segments on the bridged interface into packets of up to 64 KB, which no peer accepts, so TCP from the LAN to an emulator crawled along on retransmit timeouts (37 s for 100 KB into Ultrix 3.1 under gxemul). bootbridge now splits them back into segments no larger than the receiving peer's MSS, and drops and counts other oversized frames.
• bootbridge: tcpdump-style single-line packet printing, and a fix for routing between UDP peers.
• nd: boots SunOS 2.0 diskless on a Sun-2.
• Manual pages: bootd(8), bootbridge(8), bootd.hcl(5).
