Changes

  • Enforce cohesive, reviewable module structure starting at Linus Level 5.0.
  • Add guidance to split files when responsibilities, ownership, tests, or cognitive load justify it, not purely for line count.
  • Start flagging large or catch-all files as proper refactor candidates at Linus Level 7.5.
  • Bump plugin metadata to 0.1.8.
