Markdown Preview adds keyboard controls for browsing project files and jumping through documents.
Added
- Project navigator keyboard controls. With the navigator focused,
jandkselect the next or previous row, lenters a folder or opens a file, andhcollapses a folder or selects its parent. - Jump to the start or end of a document. Press
ggto jump to the top of the preview, orG(Shift+G) to jump to the bottom.

Markdown Preview 0.0.32
First release of the rtuszik/markdown-preview fork. The app identity changed: this version installs as a new app alongside any previous Markdown Preview install, it does not update or replace it. Auto-updates are gone; new versions ship as DMGs on GitHub Releases.
Changed
- New bundle identifier
io.tuszik.md-preview. The fork no longer shares upstream'sdoc.md-previewidentity, so macOS treats it as a separate app: settings, the Quick Look extension, and default-handler registration start fresh. Remove the old app in/Applicationsif you're switching (#1). - Releases are built by GitHub Actions. Tagged releases are tested, archived, and packaged into a DMG entirely in CI; release notes come from this changelog (#1).
- Builds are currently unsigned. Right-click → Open on first launch (macOS also requires System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway). Developer ID signing and notarization are planned.
Removed
- Sparkle auto-updater. The in-app "Check for Updates…" menu item, the update feed, and the Sparkle framework are gone. To update, download the latest DMG from Releases (#1).
- Amore release tooling. Release scripts, appcast, and hosted-update infrastructure were removed along with the Homebrew cask bump; (#1).
