Markdown Preview adds keyboard controls for browsing project files and jumping through documents.

Added

• Project navigator keyboard controls. With the navigator focused, j and k select the next or previous row, l enters a folder or opens a file, and h collapses a folder or selects its parent.
• Jump to the start or end of a document. Press gg to jump to the top of the preview, or G (Shift+G) to jump to the bottom.

Changed

• ⌘S toggles the project navigator. Opening the navigator focuses it for keyboard navigation; hiding it returns focus to the preview. When the table of contents is visible, ⌘S switches to the navigator. The Save menu item no longer uses ⌘S.
