Monitoring history and more!

Quite a massive release, since I had a gremlin in my setup for which I needed a bit of historical data and a better dashboard.

• Historical data! (disabled by default)
  This is not meant to be a full dashboard (which is a project on its own).
  But it should allow to see what happened in your afterwrds.
  It keeps all the raw data for the whole period, so can account for quite some data.
  Therefore the feature is disabled by default.
  Enable it by the setting history_retention_days in the Settings collection to a non-zero value.
  I recommend setting it quite low (I set it to 7 days)
  • AP cpu and memory stats

• Wifi client throughput and signal quality

• Dashboard now supports linear graph of the client signal quality (suggestion by @dekarl)
  The roaming and connect/disconnect events are displayed as vertical bars.

• Upgraded PocketBase to v0.40.5. This improves the frontend: better mobile layout, native dark mode, and most importantly: a configurable color for the top bar! On the development side this also means I no longer need to maintain a custom fork of Pocketbase. This should also allow us to remain closer to the upstream pocketbase.
• Added configuration of DHCP reservations (#64) thanks @eseiker
• Some more 6GHz changes (which limits auto channels to the PSC channels)
