First public Alpha release

Works very nicely already excluding some effects and pattern jumps with combined 0xD and 0xB effects in one row.
Windows x86 Win32 WidgeSet version only at this time.

Tested with original format files, M.K. and M!K! format files. Should also support FLT4 and 4CHN files.
Tested with Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies (all mods play OK) and approx 30 random files from https://modarchive.org/

This is the first Alpha release, but it should be stable.

Have fun :-)
