Second Alpha release.

This is the second Alpha release (V0.7.0.0).

While the previous version still had tracking/speed errors and missing tracking features, this version is complete apart from one tracking effect apparantly not used (much), at least I did not encounter it yet.

Also all sound effects that will be included are recognized now: if an effect is still missing a debug message will be shown while playing.
